A graduate of Ohio State University, Mr. Haschen has over forty years of experience in animal and crop agriculture both nationally and internationally.  His career has been focused on the development and marketing of new products and concepts for global agriculture.  In 1983 Mr. Haschen founded Papillon Agricultural Products .  Papillon is the recognized leader in high quality protein supplements for dairy rations in North America.     
Mr. Briggs, before coming to Novera, was Director of Business Development for Land O’ Lakes Purina Feed, LLC.  Mr. Briggs has held a number of management positions with LOL and Purina Mills, LLC including Director, Eastern Dairy sales; Director, Dairy Enterprise Services; and Dairy Leader, Northeast Region.  Prior to his executive positions with Purina and Land O’ Lakes, Mr. Briggs was Vice President of Operations – Agricultural Group for Agway Inc.  
After graduating with an advanced degree from the University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario Mr. Patterson joined the Shur-Gain division of Canada Packers.

During his nearly twenty five years with Shur-Gain, Mr. Patterson gained international recognition for his work in animal nutrition computer modeling. Robert’s work lead to the development of some of the most widely used soft ware in the animal feed industry.  He eventually became director of the General Nutrition group at Shur-Gain.  

Today Bob is Director of Technical Services, for Papillon Agricultural Company.  Bob has responsibility for research and development of all of Papillon’s products, quality control and for providing technical support to Papillon’s sales staff.  Bob is recognized as a leader in the industry on amino acid requirements of dairy animals.
